| Abstract: | Self-archiving is one of the open access strategies.This paper analyzes the requirement of self-archiving from 5 aspects:the scientific research personnel from the information producer's side,the scientific research personnel from the information user's side,scientific research institutions,publishers and libraries.It points out that open access is beneficial to all parties. |
