| Abstract: | This article gives an all-round and systematic introduction and analysis of the development status and main characteristics of the famous Internet-based document delivery service system in foreign countries. Their common characteristics are short response time, high service efficiency, attaching importance to system integration so as to guarantee easy operation, directly oriented to final users to reduce the middle links and developing encryption technologies to strengthen copyright protection. |
