| 摘 要： | 针对h指数评价科研工作者学术贡献时存在的局限性,受"金牌优先"法则的启发,设计出一种适用范围更加广泛的ha指数,并以图书情报领域学者为例,实证研究ha指数的可行性.结果表明:ha指数不仅可以考量绩效核的大小,而且能够测度绩效核的强度,增强指数的精准度,实现同h值间可比的设想,有力拓展了指数的应用范围.ha指数和g指数、A指数等其他计量指标间存在相关性.另外,特别是"金牌优先"法则这样的设计思路,使评价结果凸现出"更高""更强"的质量价值取向,对鼓励学者做深入研究,发表高品质论文将产生积极影响.
