| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]构建网络舆情信息生态预警指标可以及时了解网络舆情信息与信息环境的关系,为相关管理部门提供预警,维护社会安全和公众秩序。方法/过程]通过文献调研和专家调查法,以信息生态理论为基础,构建网络舆情预警指标体系。并选择"武汉开通在线问诊"和"杭州开通健康码"两项网络舆情事件,运用多层次模糊评价法进行实证评估。结果/结论]依据提出的网络舆情预警指标体系,实证表明"杭州开通健康码"事件具有较高的热度。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]Constructing a network public opinion information ecology early warning indicator can timely understand the relationship between the network public opinion information and the information environment,provide early warning for relevant management departments,and maintain social security and public order.Method/process]Through literature survey and expert survey method,based on the information ecology theory,build a network public opinion early warning index system.And select"Wuhan opened online consultation"and"Hangzhou opened health code"two network public opinion events,using multi-level fuzzy evaluation method for empirical evaluation.Result/conclusion]According to the network public opinion early warning index system proposed in this paper,the empirical evidence shows that the"Hangzhou Open Health Code"event has a high degree of attention. |
