| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]互联网作为信息生成与共享的重要载体,会助推非常规突发事件的次生灾害发酵与舆情蔓延。发掘驱动非常规突发事件关联网络集体行为意向的影响因素及过程机制,是破解其次生灾害与疏导舆情累加效应的核心所在。方法/过程]基于信息技术接受模型(TAM)的理论视角,以非常规突发事件为背景,采用问卷调研与数据统计分析等方法展开实证研究,剖析网络情境特征以及网络信息受众的认知-心理状态对非常规突发事件网络集体行为意向的整合驱动机制。结果/结论]研究发现:非常规突发事件关联网络集体行为意向是网络情境特征与信息受众认知-心理状态共同作用的结果;非常规突发事件关联网络集体行为意向具有情境依赖倾向,会受到媒介信息丰富度、网络社会联结强度两大因素的驱动;信息受众的认知-心理状态是网络情境特征驱动网络集体行为意向的重要桥梁。研究还揭示了TAM理论在网络舆情导向中的普适性与实践意义。

Research on the Integration Driving Path of Online Collective Behavioral Intention Relevant to Unconventional Emergency |

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] As an important carrier of information generating and sharing,Internet can promote the secondary disaster fermentation and public opinion spread in unconventional emergency. Therefore,the top priority of solving the cumulative effect of secondary disasters and public opinion guidance is to explore the influencing factors and process mechanisms of online collective behavioral intention driven by unconventional emergency. Method/process] This paper focuses on the theoretical perspective of information technology acceptance model( TAM). By taking unconventional emergencies as the information background,we conduct empirical research with questionnaire survey and make data statistical to dissect not only the characteristics of online situation,but also the integrated driving mechanism about the cognitive-psychological state of information audience influencing online collective behavioral intention in unconventional emergency. Result/conclusion] It is found that: the online collective behavioral intention of unconventional emergencies is the result of the interaction of Internet situational characteristics and information audience’s cognitive-psychological state;the online collective behavioral intention of unconventional emergencies is situationaldependent,driven by two factors,namely: media information richness and the strength of network social connection;the information audience’s cognitive-psychological state is an important bridge of Internet situational characteristics driving online collective behavioral intention. This study also reveals the universality and practical significance of TAM in the guidance of Internet public opinion. |
