| 摘 要： | 文章构建了企业人际情报网络的影响因素模型,试图揭示出竞争情报活动-人际情报网络-竞争情报制度文化三者之间的双层嵌入关系.企业人际情报网络的发展既具有自身的独立性,同时还受到企业竞争情报活动以及竞争情报制度和文化的影响.把嵌入理论和方法引入竞争情报,可以打破既往研究仅从网络内部的关系和结构出发,把人际情报网络当作孤立系统进行研究,将经济、文化、政治制度对人际情报网络的影响纳入研究视野,从而科学地解释企业人际情报网络的构建和运行机制.
