| 摘 要： | 虚拟参考咨询服务已成为当今图书情报界必不可少的服务项目，对其进行评价也就显得尤为重要与紧迫。本文通过分析当前虚拟参考咨询服务评价的现状，围绕虚拟参考咨询服务的评价标准与体系提出了一些拙见。
