摘    要:由于知识水平、知识背景等差异,不同用户在完成相同任务时有不同的知识需求。根据知识需求把知识流引入业务过程元模型中,实现工作流技术与知识管理的集成。利用用户模型对业务过程知识进行过滤,为用户提供基于业务角色和任务的个性化知识服务。
Abstract:
Different users have different knowledge requirement when fulfilling the same task due to their differences in knowledge level and knowledge background.By introducing the knowledge flow into the business process meta-model based on knowledge requirement,workflow technology is integrated with knowledge management.Utilizing user model to filter business process knowledge,personalized knowledge service based on the roles and tasks in business process is provided for users.
