| 摘 要： | 看似一夜之间爆发出来的"山寨"现象,其产生和发展却具有可以遵循的内在规律。基于创新理论视角,以历史上一些典型的"山寨"现象及当前被广泛讨论的山寨机和山寨本等为研究对象,深入剖析了"山寨"现象产生和发展的规律,分析了"山寨"现象的优、缺点,预测了容易产生"山寨"现象的行业和领域,并针对政府主管部门决策和"山寨"企业发展提出对策建议。
