| 摘 要： | 发展机理是对企业成长历程的纵向梳理和理论提炼。通过对发展机理的研究可以揭示影响企业发展的诸多关键因素以及诸因素间的相互联系,为指导企业未来发展提供思路。本文将尝试融合企业发展各理论建立适合我国民营高科技企业的理论分析框架:基于发展机理,运用进程分析,在企业DNA进化模型和系统论的基础上结合高科技产业特征及民营高科技企业的特色元素研究我国民营高科技企业的发展机理。

| Abstract: | Development mechanism,which is the guide for providing thought to enterprise future and explore the key factors that affect the development of enterprise and the relations among them,is vertical logic trim and theory essential of enterprise development.This paper tries to syncretize different theories to construct theory analysis structure: through development mechanism,using process analysis,based on DNA evolution model and systematic theory,it combines the characteristics and the elements of high-tech industry to study the development mechanism of non-state owned high-tech enterprise in China. |
