| 摘 要： | 应用层次分析法对中俄科技潜力从科技投入、科技产出和科技意识三个方面进行了比较分析,研究结果表明中俄科技合作有助于俄罗斯科技发展走出困境及加速中国科技潜力提高,文章深入讨论了未来中俄科技合作的方向和领域,并就促进中俄科技合作提出了几点对策建议。

| Abstract: | This article employed the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the weighing of every criteria concerned and compared the sci-tech potential between China and Russia from the input, output and consciousness of sci-tech then concluded that the sci-tech cooperation between China and Russia is the effective approach to help the Russian sci-tech development out and enhance Chinese sci-tech potential as soon as possible. It also chose the future direction of the sci-tech cooperation between China and Russia and some suggestions to promote the cooperation are given. |
