| Abstract: | In the current research institute,outdated consciousness of technology transfering and behavior,lagging science & technology systems,badly lacking financing in the middle-trial-manufacture,and ragged troop of R&D people with ability,are the main impediments of technology transfer and being incapable of forming resultant force of scientific research in the swift development of country economy construction.For the enhancement of the independent innovation ability in science & technology,the realization of the science & education building great power country,technology transfer work must be pushed energetically with conquering these obstacles. |
