| 摘 要： | 在论述和谐管理理论的基础上,提出从思维科学角度探讨不确定性管理的新视角。通过对复杂性的认识,提出广义主体思维的假设,拓展灰色理论认知模型,从中引出固化的思路和定义,并进一步诠释不确定性固化的内涵。

| Abstract: | This paper tries to apply the notice science to management of enterprise on the basement of HX theory,provides us a new way of thinking about uncertainty management.Then gives an assumption of generalized corpus thinking,The article expands the Cognizance Model in Grey Theory,Proposes the Inspiration(Solidifying management) to Management from the new Cognizance Model.At last we discuss the intension of uncertainty Solidifying theory. |
