| 摘 要： | 占有技术创新成果带来的利润，不仅对单个创新者很重要，而且对整个社会的经济发展也很重要。然而，却难以直接测量可占有性，因此，许多学者都通过检验各种保护方式在保护产品和工艺创新竞争优势中的有效性来间接研究可占有性。本文借鉴已有研究成果，对中国制造企业进行了调查研究，意在了解各种保护方式在中国的有效性情况，以帮助企业在技术创新过程中制定合理的保护战略。本文不仅分析了整个样本中各种保护方式的有效性情况，并与已有研究进行比较；同时，还对不同行业的情况进行了分析。

| Abstract: | It is important for individual inventors to appropriate the returns from technical innovation,as well as for the development of economy.However,appropriability is difficult to measure directly,so many researchers have been trying to investigate it indirectly by examining the effectiveness of various means of protection.We use the extant literature for reference to design the questionnaire,and carry out the survey in China.The purpose is to know the effectiveness of various means of protection in China,as so to help the enterprises make reasonable strategy to protect their technical innovations.The results in the whole sample are analyzed,and compared with the existing outcomes.At the same time,the results in different industries are analyzed. |
