| 摘 要： | 为扩展科学计量学的应用、将图书馆员的工作嵌入到研究所的研究团队，以及创新图书馆服务，分析了SSCI中1999-2009年间研究中国香港、中国大陆和亚太的经济学论文。结果发现：(1)不同研究机构的不同特征；(2)不同研究机构内的不同研究人员的不同特征；（3）他们需要不同程度的建议和信息服务。研究建议：（1）利用平均发文量和平均被引量，绘制一套坐标体系；（2）在坐标体系上创建型人；（3）图书馆员运用型人与研究团队交流，以获得对图书馆服务的建议。研究表明，创建与使用型人（群组行为）能够开展学科化知识服务，而且不需要使用昂贵的数据库、复杂的数学公式和大量的人力与经费。
