| 摘 要： | 在相当长的时期内,大企业内部大规模的研究与开发活动和科技成果商业应用一直是工业化国家创新的主要模式。但20世纪70、80年代后,情况发生了变化。研究与开发的外部化趋势越来越明显,速度在加快,影响也越来越大。本文在对国内外文献考察的基础上,对研究与开发外部化发展的现状、模式,原因和动力以及对中国的启示进行了分析。

| Abstract: | For quite a long time, large-scale internalized R & D as well as commercialization conducted by big enterprises had been the major mode of technology innovation in industrialized countries. But after 1970s and 1980s, the situation began to change. R&D and innovation are becoming more and more externalized, and the pace is accelerating, which have a deep influence on the way of R&D and innovation. By reviewing related literature, this paper analyzes externalization of R&D in terms of the status quo,modes and dynamics as well as the implications for Chinese enterprises. |
