| 摘 要： | 通过对网络密度、知识流入与管理创新的文献回顾，构建了网络密度、知识流入和企业管理创新之间的理论模型，并以3478家申报广东省高新技术企业和民营科技型企业的企业为研究对象对模型进行了实证检验。结果表明，网络密度对管理创新具有显著的正向影响，知识流入在网络密度与管理创新之间起到完全中介作用。此外，还通过引入企业规模与研发投入两个控制变量对模型作了进一步验证，研究发现，对于大规模企业来说，知识流入对企业管理创新不会产生显著的正向影响；而从小规模企业来看，网络密度对知识流入也没有显著的正向影响作用，因此，为了有效提升企业管理创新绩效，企业应保持企业规模在合理的水平。
