| 摘 要： | 利用国际权威数据库,根据科学计量学方法,从SC I论文数量、被引次数和期刊影响因子等三个方面,通过对1981~2005年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖获得者获奖前科学论文影响力的测度,发现世界顶级生物医学科学家的科学创造最佳年龄区可能由25-45岁移至31-55岁。同时,分析科学家个人研究水平与其影响力和科学家个人科学能力与其国家科技整体实力的关系。

| Abstract: | This paper measured the influence upon scientific papers published by the Nobel Prize laureates in physiology and medicine from 1981 to 2005 by referring to an international authoritative data base,and applying scientific metrology on the basis of the number of their publications in SCI,frequency of citations and the influential factors of the journals concerned.This paper discoveres that the best age groups of the top-rgade scientists who have made scientific discoveries was previously from 25 to 45,a recent shift may place them in the 31 to 55 years old category.This paper also analyzes the relationship between the research standard of the individual scientist and his influence,and that between his aptitude for research and his country's scientific and technological level as a whole. |
