| 摘 要： | 本文以这一女性院士群体为样本，通过对其出生年份、出生地域、学位结构、留学状况、当选年份、当选年龄、所在学部、工作单位等要素的计量分析，总结归纳中国科学院女性院士群体的特征状况，并对其中的一些关键特征进行了初步原因探析，以期深化对中国女性科学家群体基本状况的认识。

| Abstract: | Taking the female academicians as an example,the birth time,the birth place distribution,degree structure,abroad study experiences,elected year,elected age,academic department and workplace are quantitatively studied.Some characteristics are concluded and its reasons for key characteristics are initially analyzed also,so that to help to understand more about the basic status of Chinese female scientists. |
