| 摘 要： | 基于文献研究,认为企业间的资源依赖性和关系质量分别影响了联盟的潜在价值和潜在价值的实现程度,进而影响联盟绩效。通过对北京市156家企业的实证研究表明,企业间资源的结构依赖性、信任、承诺和沟通对联盟绩效有显著影响。

| Abstract: | The prosperity of interfirm alliance and the low success ratio makes the measure and the factors influencing alliance performance one of the most important academic problems.Based on the literatures,the paper argues that interfirm resource interdependence and relational quality separately influence the potential alliance value and the degree of realized potential alliance value,and thus influence alliance performance.With the data of 156 Beijing firms,the empirical research demonstrates that interfirm structural resource interdependence,trust,commitment,and communication significantly influence alliance performance. |
