| Abstract: | With the change of competition environment,learning alliance became a very important inter-firm cooperation type.Notably,learning alliance would impel firms' innovation.However,inter-firm learning in China is impeded by opportunistic behavior and the weakness of Chinese institutional environment.How to improve inter-firm learning in China,and in turn facilitate firms' innovation,is very a problem which is of significant implication.Based on transaction cost theory and social exchange perspective,the study analyzes the impact of learning initiative of firms in alliance on the use of control mechanisms and innovation.The hypotheses are tested empirically. |
