| 摘 要： | 我国中小企业的技术创新仍然面临着政策、资金、人才、技术、培训等方面的困难,其根本原因之一是没有发挥好科技中介在政府、科研院所和中小企业之间的桥梁和纽带作用。因此,借鉴发达国家的成功经验,探讨我国科技中介的运作模式,是促进中小企业技术创新的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Currently there are still many difficulties of the technological innovation of medium and small-sized enterprises(SME) in China, such as policy unavailability, fund shortage, training insufficiency and so on. One of the most important reasons is that the intermediary service organization of science and technology can not perform its function adequately between the government, academic institution and the SME. Based on the successful experience of developed countries, this paper attempts to investigate the effective operation mode of the intermediary service organization of science and technology in order to promote technology innovation of SME in China. |
