| 摘 要： | 在相关研究基础上，分析了影响创新型企业成长的内部因素，进行了影响因素理论模型的构建和影响因素变量指标体系的设计、问卷调查及统计分析，实证检验了企业家创新观念、人才引进与培养、合理的科技人员创新激励方式度以及创新型文化氛围对创新型企业成长绩效具有显著的推动效应，从而为相关企业和政府部门提出推动创新型企业成长的相关对策提供了参考。
