| 摘 要： | 本文提出核心技术的概念 ,并认为抓住核技术 ,促进它的发展 ,同时将之渗透到各个领域 ,是实现技术跨越式发展的根本措施。发挥核心技术带动作用的基本途径 ,是通过核心技术的自身发展、嫁接融合、方法移植、配套服务等。推动心技术带动整个技术的发展 ,需要建立一个耦合型运行机制。一个国家或地区能否最终实现这一目标 ,起决定性作用的不是现有科技水平 ,而是政治体制是否科学、思想是否解放和综合国力是否强大

Key technology drives general technolgy to bring about the leap of the development |

| Abstract: | The concept of key technolotgy is put forward in the thesis.It is fundamental measure of technology surmounting's development that the key technology is gripped and brought about a great advance and permeated every realm of technology simultaneously.Fundamental channels to play the part of the key technology's driving include development itself,grafting and merging,method's transplanting,necessary servies,etc.Coupling machanism in motion must be built in order to play the part of the key technology's driving.Whether the aim is realized by a country or region depends on decisivly not existing scienticfic and technical standard but political system's science and mind emancipating and comprehensive national power. |
