| 摘 要： | 隐性知识是知识的核心,把隐性知识显性化出来也是创造知识的重要环节。社会性软件的出现,促进了知识的积累和创造。在社会性软件构建的环境下,从社会认知心理、马斯洛层次需要理论和社会网络弱链接等三方面分析社会性软件对隐性知识显性化的影响。
