| 摘 要： | 信息社会所带来的机遇与挑战使信息服务单位必须树立经济效益观念，实现经济效益与社会效益并重。本文简要描述了信息服务的成本核算与效用测度，并在此基础上(以图书馆为例)，指出信息服务单位应从哪些方面着手降低服务成本、提高服务效率从而实现高效益。最后，详细阐述了成本收益驱动下图书馆的服务模式及其特征。

| Abstract: | There are many opportunities and challenges in information society,which compel information service to abandon old conception about their ultimate-aim,they must look upon economic benefits as important as social benefit,and apply the principle of input and output in their running.This article introduced the costing and the utility estimating of information service briefly.Then it focused on libraries and argued how to improve the benefits of libraries.At the last,it described the new service mode of library and enumerated the characters of the mode in detail. |
