| 摘 要： | 从以下四个方面探讨数字图书馆个性化服务的发展动因:数字图书馆通过信息资源共享方式可以有效地解决异地资源共用和用户跨系统使用的问题,但还存在信息资源利用中的个性和针对性问题;在提供面向用户服务的过程中,数字图书馆必然会遇到诸如用户信息的收集与表达等问题,这些问题的逐步解决将促使个性化服务不断发展与完善;数字图书馆开展面向用户的信息服务将进一步引发用户的个性化需求,使得用户的信息需求更趋向于专业化与个性化;个性化服务发展的动力模型包括用户个性化需求发展的拉动力、个性化技术发展的推动力和数字图书馆自身发展的原动力.
