| 摘 要： | 采用实证研究方法,从产业集群的两个维度(贸易依赖和非贸易依赖)、信任的两个维度(友善和可靠)、知识获取的两个维度(知识采集和知识创新)角度对三者的作用机理进行研究。结果表明:产业集群参与及信任对知识获取有积极的影响;信任在产业集群参与及知识获取之间起中介作用;不同维度的影响程度存在差异。研究显示企业需根据知识获取的不同来源,集群制定参与策略,调整企业间信任模式。

| Abstract: | Using empirical research methods,from the two dimensions of firm involvement in industrial clusters(Traded Interdependence and Non-Traded Interdependence),two dimensions for trust(Benevolence and Dependability),and two dimensions for knowledge obtaining(Knowledge Acquisition and Knowledge Creation) study the mechanism of the three.The results showed that: Industrial clusters involvement and trust had a positive impact on knowledge obtaining;The relationship between industrial cluster involvement and knowledge obtaining is mediated by trust;impact of different dimensions are different.The current findings,though,highlight that it is important to consider the nature of the cluster involvement,the particular type of trust,and source of obtaining knowledge. |
