关联数据在生命科学领域的应用现状

摘    要:在开放的网络环境下,数字资源的语义互联和语义聚合既是开发利用数字资源的现实需求,也是深化知识组织和知识发现、提升知识服务能力的关键问题。关联数据为这一问题提供了便捷可行的解决方案。简要介绍生命科学领域数据集,从语义搜索、数据挖掘、本体复用、知识构建和资源共享角度梳理了生命科学领域中的关联数据项目,从而发现关联数据在大规模数据资源的组织、数据挖掘和知识发现方面具有明显的优势和潜力,并且关联数据可为生命科学领域提供更强的跨机构合作和数据共享的能力。

Abstract:Under the open network environment,the semantic interconnection and semantic aggregation of digital resources are not only the real demand for the development and utilization of digital resources,but also the key issues to deepen the knowledge organization and knowledge discovery and to enhance the ability of knowledge service.Linked data provides a convenient and feasible solution for this problem.Briefly introduced the data sets of life science,from a semantic search,data mining,ontology reuse,knowledge construction and resource sharing point of view,combed the linked data program in the field of life science,thus found that the linked data has obvious advantages and the potential in the organization of large-scale data resources,data mining and the knowledge discovery,and linked data can provide stronger inter-agency cooperation,sharing of data and knowledge discovery for life science.
