| 摘 要： | 竞争情报作为企业赢得市场的重要因素之一，在企业战略联盟中发挥了极大的作用。然而，由于联盟双方为了各自的既得利益，使得联盟中联盟各方的竞争情报面临极大的风险。本文通过分析企业战略联盟与竞争情报的关系、竞争情报风险产生的根源、以及联盟双方在联盟中采取的策略，提出了一些切实可行的防范和控制风险的方法和措施。

| Abstract: | As one of important elements of multinational enterprise gain market,Competitive Intelligence made much of function to multinational.But Competitive Intelligence have to be faced much risks for their benefit.This thesis begins from the analysis of relation of strategic alliance and competitive intelligence and headspring of risks and their tactics in strategic alliance.In the end it comes up some feasible methods and measures to keep away and control risks. |
