| 摘 要： | 引文索引的构成，以期刊文章所附参考文献共同构成，因而比传统索引检索面大为扩展。引文索引是以数学计量得到核心期刊以及来源期刊为基础的，从而使它有了量他的条件，这就使引文索引与传统索引有了重要的区别，继而使引文索引产生了评估的功能。但这种功能是有限的，运用中应特别谨慎从事，防止误导。

| Abstract: | Citation index is constituted by the reference literatures which are affiliated with the articles.So,its retrieval scope is surely wider than the traditional indexes'.Citation index is based on the core periodicals and source periodicals,which are measured by the mathematical methods and enrich citation index with quantitative conditions.It gives rise to important difference between citation index and traditional ones to do so,and make citation index to have its evaluation function.However,this function is limited and should be cautiously applied,so that to prevent from its misleading. |
