| 摘 要： | 本文对网络环境下信息交流所呈现的一些新变化进行研究。探讨了网络环境下信息交流的新媒介和信息交流的不均衡现象指出了互联网络给人类社会带来了一种全新的信息交流方式以及网络环境下信息交流的负面影响和面临的法律问题。
