| 摘 要： | 人类的先进技术、版权人权利的扩张以及传统版权授权通道狭窄等问题引发了数字作品版权人利益和社会公众利益之间的严重冲突。针对这些冲突，本文探讨提出了几种操作性较强的切合实际需要的解决对策。

| Abstract: | Humanity's advanced technology,the copyright person right expansion as well as the traditional copyright authorization channel was narrow and so on the question initiates serious conflicts between the digital works copyright person benefit and the social public benefit.In view of these conflicts,this article proposed several operational stronger and realistic need solution countermeasures. |
