| 摘 要： | 科技查新工作既是一项高层次的综合性情报服务工作,又是科研管理工作科学化、规范化的重要环节.查新质量的高低直接影响到科研成果的评价,文章采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,将德尔菲法(Delphi法)运用到查新质量评价指标体系设计中来,通过两轮专家问卷调查,综合了专家们的意见和建议,对指标进行筛选和论证,构建的查新质量评价指标体系为3级结构模式,包含3个一级指标、9个二级指标以及26个三级指标的查新质量评价指标体系,以期实现查新质量的持续改进.
