| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术和网络的广泛应用，对信息在其整个生命周期内进行管理能够充分发挥出信息的价值，特别是那些过去被认为无用的数据有可能会发挥出其巨大的潜在价值。本文分析了信息生命周期的概念、特点，提出了信息生命周期管理模型，该模型描述了信息生命周期管理的三个层次（包括存储层、管理层、应用层）和六个阶段（从信息的创建、采集和组织管理、开发、利用到最后清理），最后提出信息生命周期管理的发展方向。

| Abstract: | Since information technology and cyber applying widely,ILM would contribute a lot to our society especially those historical information which had been disposed could exert a latency value.In this paper,author put forward a new model with respected to ILM and depict the concrete content of model including three layers management(storage layer,management layer and applying layer)and six management stage(created,gather organizing management,developing,using and removing).Finally,direction of ILM has been proposed. |
