| 摘 要： | 本文论述了知识经济给企业带来的机遇和挑战,在提出知识管理模式构想的基础上,探讨了ＣＫＯ与ＣＩＯ的关系,并着重论述了ＣＫＯ的特色职能,同时结合我国现状提出几点建议。
