| Abstract: | This paper has explained the meaning and behavior of the asymmetric information theory in IT outsourcing, it has analyzed the risks of selecting and morals caused by the asymmetric information and has put forward such tactics of risk management as overall information, strict restriction, strong supervision and effective encouragement to these risks. |
