| 摘 要： | 本文首先介绍了国内外期刊文献数字化的进展，阐述和分析了数字化期刊文献的惧、组织和开发利用的现状及存在的问题，然后探讨了期刊文献数字化与信息资源共享的关系，并提出了我国期刊文献数字化资源建设应注意的几个层次和主要原则。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the development of digital periodicals in foreign countries and in China,narrating and analyzing the situation and problems of collection,organizing,and exploitation of digital periodicals.Finally it probes into the connection between the changing into digital form for periodicals and the sharing of resources,bringing forward several levels and rules of the construction of digital periodicals resources. |
