| 摘 要： | 信息服务业的网络化正在成为信息社会的时代特征。网络化的信息服务业发展使得人们对信息的需求已经难以分开，于是网络的建设、网络的维护、网络的扩展、网络的优化，网络的故障检修等则成为计算机科学，信息服务业共同关心的重大课题。本文从情报学的角度，就网络管理的基本概念和网络管理的主要管理模型进行了探讨。
