| Abstract: | The development of information management has laid a good foundation for the neo-information sciences and the developmental conditions of the neo-information sciences are its unique and high-ranking nature It shall take knowledge services as its core tasks,taking digital information and knowledge information as its research sphere.the developing trends of information sciences is settle by the factors such as IT,user etc.the developing ways for information sciences is to center on technologies integrating and user's knowledge modeling,to build the theory,technology,methods system for neo-information sciences. |
