| 摘 要： | 社会信息化进程的加快日益突显出信息资源的重要战略价值,信息资源管理专业人才的培养已成为国家信息化建设的关键与核心。本文在分析我国信息化建设对信息资源管理人才需求及信息资源管理人才培养现状的基础上,结合信息资源的特殊性,构建了素质和能力并重的信息资源管理人才培养模式,提出了产学研结合、跨学科培养以及继续教育和在职培训相结合的信息资源管理人才培养模式的实施策略。
