| 摘 要： | 本文简要介绍了美国高龄化社会与图书情报服务社会的运营特点，图书馆服务状况和日本情报信息的社会化，国民的情报意识，灵活多样的性报信息服务方式，各图书馆用人情况，高校图书馆功能结构以及图书馆员工素质提高新方法，通过对美，日图情工作运营特点的研究，对照审视我国图情工作从中得到启示。

| Abstract: | This paper has introduced the social service of books in formation trade and American advanced-aged society,books information guidance policy,tach librany service condition,the socialization of Japanese information,national citizens' strong informational consciousness,the informational service ways of flexible and diversiform shapes,the cordition of library choosing employees,and college library structural function brlefly.Through American & Japanese books information operation characteristic,I get the hint by comparing and looking closely at the books information trade of our country. |
