| 摘 要： | 柏纳李(Tim Berners-Lee)在2001年提出"语义网",指出语义网是当前WWW的扩展,网络中所有的信息都具有语义,可以实现机器可识别语义的数据的自动存取和利用,便于人和计算机之间的交互与合作.朝着这个方向,语义web门户的功能实现和建设技术成为了科研工作者研究语义网的平台和实现缩影.语义web门户基于本体技术,采用一系列的语义web技术实现了语义查询、语义浏览、语义发布和语义个性化.本文对语义web门户的含义进行了限定,在此基础上重点调研了相对完善的语义web门户的实践研究,对其发展脉络和发展特征进行了分析.
