| 摘 要： | 本文从分析陈兴良诉中国数字图书馆侵权案等著作权诉讼纠纷的案例入手，揭示出著作权法所要调整的几组利益关系。通过对这几组关系的剖析，提出解决著作权利益冲突的对策。

| Abstract: | Analyzing on the lawsuits, such as China Digital Books Company brought by ChenXingliang, we got several interest- relationships that need to be adjusted in the law of copyright. Through the analysis on these relationships, we put forward some suggestions to solve the problem of interest- conflicts. |
