| 摘 要： | 高校知识产权保护几乎涵盖知识产权的各个领域，而知识产权保护又是维系高校在知识经济时代生存发展的重要保障。本文从科研档案收集归档时应注意的知识产权保护问题，阐明其知识产权保护的重要性，并针对当前我国高校知识产权管理不规范而造成的知识产权流失，提出加强高校知识产权保护应采取的相关对策与措施。
