| Abstract: | Wiki is a novel cooperation tool in network environment,which has unique advantages in promoting knowledge innovation and sharing in communities.This article proposed a series of practical mechanisms involved in the knowledge innovation process,including publishing,sharing,integration and feedbacks.The results will impact significantly on the further application of Wiki in the domain of knowledge management. |
