| 摘 要： | 近年来,大学生的心理健康问题已逐步引起社会各界的普遍关注。研究大学生心理健康教育和高校开展心理健康咨询工作的现状,分析其存在问题的成因,探讨改进和发展大学生心理健康教育和高校心理咨询工作的对策,对于有效解决大学生心理问题、为大学生提供健康成长的校园环境、为国家培养高素质的综合性人才具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the problem of psychological health of college students has gradually drawn attention of the society from all walks of life. Research on college students' mental health education and the current situation of college psychological health consulting work, analyzing the cause of these problems, explore to improve and strengthen countermeasures of college students' mental health education and psychological counseling work at colleges. These to effectively solve the college students' psychological problems, provides the healthy growth of environment for them, and to cultivate high quality talents for the country has very important significance. |
