摘    要:基于战略联盟以合作代替对抗的实质,分析广西旅游业与会展业的发展现状及广西服务业发展目标,提出广西会展旅游业籍后发优势、超越发展的战略选择包括三个方面:组建会展企业与旅游相关企业基于产业链合作的混业战略联盟;组建旅游相关企业基于供应链合作协调的同业战略联盟;会展旅游企业联盟通过业务流程外包实施归核化策略。

On strategic alliance of the MICE industry based on "competition and cooperation "--On strategy of late-developing advantage of MICE in Guangxi
Abstract:Based on the essence of strategic alliance, by analyzing the current developing situation of Guangxi tourism and exhibition industry as well as the developing goal of its service industry, the essay raises some developing strategic choices which would promote the development of Guangxi MICE industry: Forming mixed strategic alliances on industry chain cooperation, composing of enterprises of exhibition and tourism; Forming strategic alliances on supply chain coordination and cooperation, composing of related tourism enterprises; Implementing refocusing strategy through business process outsourcing.
