响应曲面法优化CTD气流干燥工艺参数

摘    要:为提高叶丝整丝率,通过单因素试验,运用响应曲面法优化CTD气流干燥工艺参数。试验结果表明:工艺气体含氧量、工艺气流量和工艺气体温度对CTD气流干燥出口叶丝整丝率都有显著影响。在工艺气体含氧量为2.77%、工艺气流量为18500 m3/h、工艺气体温度为174℃条件下,CTD气流干燥出口叶丝整丝率达到最高。

By using the response surface mothod improving CTD process parameters
Abstract:In order to improve tobacco proportion of long strands,based on the result of single factor study, by using the response surface mothod improving CTD process parameters.The result shows that.Oxygen Level ,PG flow through expansion unit and PG heat pressure of threaded roll.The Oxygen Level roll of 2.77%, the PG flow through expansion unit roll of 18500 m3/h, the PG heat roll of 174℃,In this condition ,the tobacco proportion of long strands is the highest than others.
