| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨影响儿童过敏性紫癜（Henoch-Schonlein Purpura,HSP）复发的相关因素,以及采取的预防措施。方法：选取2012年01月至2013年12月在某市级儿童医院住院确诊为HSP,初发病例的患儿作为研究对象,进行回顾性分析。共收集364例患儿,其中失访16例,选择符合诊断标准的患儿348例为研究对象。结果：复发组年龄≥7岁构成比、感染发生率、食物过敏发生率、肾脏受累发生率明显高于未复发组,差异显著（P〈0.05）;复发组男女比例为1.77∶1,未复发组男女比例为1.05∶1,两组男女构成比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组在地区（生活农村、城镇）、发病季节、关节症状、消化道症状、皮疹发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：对有上述异常指标患儿应加强随访观察,积极寻找、消除诱因,避免疾病复发与恶化。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effects of children allergic purpura（Henoch-Schonlein Purpura, HSP） relevant factors of recurrence, as well as preventive measures taken. Methods： January 2012 to December 2013 at a municipal children＇s hospital diagnosed with HSP, early cases of children as research subjects, were retrospectively analyzed. A total of 364 cases of children, which lost 16 cases, children choose meet the diagnostic criteria for the study 348 cases. Results： relapse ≥7-year-old age group proportions, the incidence of infection, the incidence of food allergy, renal involvement was significantly higher than that of non-recurrence group, the difference was significant（P 0.05）; recurrence group male to female ratio was 1.77： 1, the non-recurrence group female ratio was 1.05： 1, two groups of men and women constitute a statistically significant（P 0.05） than the differences; groups in the region（rural life, urban）, the incidence of the season, joint symptoms, gastrointestinal symptoms, rashes, no statistical difference in the incidence significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion： There are children with abnormal indicators above should strengthen follow-up observation, actively seeking to eliminate incentives to avoid disease recurrence and worse. |
